If you wish to no longer receive these updates, you can remove yourself from our mailing list at any time by replying unsubscribe to any of our promotional e-mail's.

We reserve the right to refuse to process any purchase made that is suspected of fraud or illegal activity and may reject your order or call you at the number you provided to confirm any discrepancies. Any payments received by orders cancelled due to suspected illicit activities will be returned to the credit account used in the purchase.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit card payments. No personal checks or money orders accepted. All prices are listed in US dollars.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns and exchanges must be requested and require a "Returns Authorization Number." Merchandise sent back to us without authorization, as well as any other items that do not meet our policy's criteria, will be denied. Please review our store's Return Policy page for further instructions on how to return/exchange with us.

SHIPPING & ORDER STATUS

You can expect an order confirmation e-mail immediately upon purchase. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed. If you do not receive confirmation within this time, please e-mail us at [email protected]. Be sure to also check your spam folders for our address and add it to your "safe senders" list. If, for any reason, you can't make a purchase through our website, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may resolve any technical difficulties in a prompt and timely manner.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot edit or cancel existing orders. Cancellations will have to be processed as a return or exchange. Please see our store's Return Policy.

If you would like to add something to your order, you will have to make another seperate purchase. E-mail us within 24 hours from the time placed during your original purchase at [email protected] and we'll be happy to waive the additional shipping costs.
