HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LL JEWELRY?

Every jewelry piece sold on Loneluster is hand-crafted, many of them one-of-a-kind, and require delicate handling. In order to promote longevity of your jewelry purchases, avoid exposure to chemicals such as perfumes and lotions, as well as unnecessary moisture such as pool and sea water.

Should your items get wet, make sure to dry them off with a soft cloth before storing them in an appropriate setting.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED?

We will not accept returns or repairs on items that have been damaged due to chemical and/or water exposure nor are we held liable for any broken or damaged goods once the item has been shipped. Therefore, we do not accept responsibility for any additional shipping costs that may incur after the original purchase if you so choose to submit a product repair request.

For repair inquiries, send us a message with a picture of the damaged item, and we will see what we can do. Repairs are not guaranteed and are subject to approval.

WHAT DOES "MADE-TO-ORDER" MEAN?

MTO, or "made-to-order," simply means that the product is made upon customer purchase. Items under this classification are offered and crafted, per request, for a limited period of time. Therefore, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed.

Products that are not labeled as "made-to-order" will state that it is the only one in stock. If an item is very popular in demand, it may later be offered as MTO.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM JEWELRY ORDER REQUESTS?

Custom orders at Loneluster are special promotions that are offered at select periods of time. If you're interested in custom jewelry, be sure to check out our social networks (?) for updates and news on when we offer custom requests.
